Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before your visit.
-
It’s easy! You submit an appointment request. We’ll contact you with the day we’ll be in your area, and together we’ll settle on a time. We show up, care for your pet, and leave you both happy!
-
Sometimes. We’re a one-vet practice, so we can’t provide 24/7 emergency coverage. But when we’re available, we’ll help however we can.
In urgent situations, you may need to come to us rather than wait for a house call. If we’ve seen your pet within the past year, a telemedicine call may also be an option to help determine what’s going on and make a plan.
If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please go directly to an emergency veterinary hospital.

Every pet is different, so every visit is a little different. Our fees are in line with other veterinary hospitals, with a house-call fee added for bringing the clinic to you.
Because we customize your pet’s care to what they actually need, we can’t always give an exact total until we’ve examined them and made a plan.
We’ll discuss recommendations and costs with you before moving forward, and we’ll always work with you to provide the best care possible within your budget.
